When a phone call from Billy informs him that his estranged daughter is in trouble, Axal retruns to Beverly Hills. With Billy now missing, Axal must fix his relanionship with daughter Jane and solve a case invoving drug cartels and slimly Kevin Bacon.

When London is placed in a blackout after a generator is tampered with, a terrorist group plans to attack London with a bomb in the heart of the city. Scotland Yard are on the case with an undercover police officer watching over a local cinema suspecting the owner. While the owner's wife is unaware of the secret plotting of her husband, things ultimately take a tragic turn.
