When meeting up with an old acquaintance, Brian and Dom get into trouble with a local drug lord who owns the city. They decide to strike back and steal his entire fortune. To do this, they need help and form a team, meanwhile, the FBI have sent their best agent Hobbs on the case to catch the wanted criminals.
